The Braintree, MA, native was drafted by the Colorado Rapids with the 33rd overall pick in the third round of the 2006 MLS Supplemental Draft.  He was a two-time All-Ivy Honorable Mention for the Bears and was a part of two Ivy League Championships at Brown.

He is a graduate of the Milton Academy, where he lettered in soccer for two years and earned two letters in soccer at Braintree High School.  Has played with South Shore United Blazers, and trained with Real Sociedad in the Spanish Premier League (U-17).  His brother Scott is a midfielder with the New England Revolution.
